What is the SOLO Series?

The SOLO Series is a self-led programme where you will get access to monthly training programmes as well as various resources including a progress tracker, an education hub and recipe books. 

Are the training programmes personalised?

No, the programmes are versatile programmes that can be adapted to suit your ability. You will receive a new programme each month allowing you to build on your strength & make progress.

Do I have to check-in?

This programme is for those who need less accountability. I have added in an optional self-check-in portal where you can monitor your own progress.

Is there a minimum time that I have to commit to?

No! Your membership can be cancelled at any time. Once you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the SOLO Members area.

Do I need training experience to benefit from this programme?

Nope! This programme is perfect for beginners who want to create some consistency in their routine with training and nutrition. Your training programme will include video tutorials for each workout to make sure that you are performing correctly to prevent any injuries. 

I don’t live in Ireland, can I still take part?

Absolutely! The SOLO Series can be accessed from anywhere in the world 

I’m looking for accountability, is the SOLO Series suitable?

No, if you are looking for accountability with your training & nutrition, 1:1 coaching would be a good option for you. My 1:1 coaching offers ongoing support and regular check-ins.

Do I get personalised nutrition targets to help me reach my goal?

Yes! I will personally calculate your calorie and protein targets ensure you are getting sufficient energy in order to create a healthy balanced lifestyle. All you have to do is complete a short form in the member’s hub.
