What I Offer

Online Coaching is ideal for anyone that is new to training or has been training on their own for a while and looking for structure and to start making some real progress.
The majority of my coaching is based around nutrition and mindset – teaching you everything you need to know about nutrition, calories, how to make lifestyle changes sustainable and most importantly enjoyable. I’m not a chicken, broccoli and rice kinda gal and I don’t expect any of my clients to be either.
I provide education and accountability for both training, nutrition and mindset to each and every one of my clients. I provide weekly formal check ins and also check in with you informally throughout the week to make sure everything is going smoothly. I am also available for you to reach out as needed.

    Sarah is an amazing coach! There is no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to Sarah. She will make everything so simple to understand, and keep going till you get it!     I found Sarah so, so educational. She always touched base and checked in to see how I was going. Even from following her on Instagram you can see she talks about things other trainers wouldn’t. I didn’t feel one bit restricted in anyway. I got to enjoy the foods I love do everything I wanted without doing the usual cutting carbs and being miserable. 2 months isn’t a long time but what I’ve learned in those 2 months I’ll carry with me for a very, very long time.
