Working with Sarah was so motivating and comforting as nothing was never an issue. No topic was off limits and i loved how honest I could be with Sarah. She showed me you can still eat delicious food and have a social life if you wanted to lose fat or gain muscle.
What was the most valuable thing you have learned/are learning in our time together?
That the progress in workouts or relationship with food is never linear. There are ups and downs and no matter what the best thing you can do is treat yourself with kindness. She also thought me organisation is key.
What do/did you enjoy most and why?
I loved that she encourages you to plan time for yourself every week just like you would when you plan work or your workouts. Her coaching is also not a quick fix, it is for life and helps you build sustainable habits.

The best decision I ever made was signing up for Sarah’s coaching.
What was the most valuable thing you have learned/are learning in our time together?
I have learned its important to listen to my body and not feel guilty taking time for self-care and time to myself also planning and organisation my daily life if a lot less stressful when we plan and organise
What do/did you enjoy most and why?
I Never lifted weights before coaching I always thought it would make me look “bulky” but it doesn’t There’s nothing more I enjoy more than going out to the gym putting in my headphones and lifting weights, because after I feel like a new person.

To focus on myself and stop comparing myself to others
What do/did you enjoy most and why?
I love the monthly gym plans. I’ve learnt so many new exercises that I didn’t even know existed and Sarah really helps with form and technique but also pushes you when she knows you are capable of more 😃
